The Enhanced DOST App, developed in collaboration with Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL), Pakistan’s largest digital bank, aims to provide users with a secure and convenient online banking experience accessible nationwide. While it offers a comprehensive suite of services, the app demonstrates a clear commitment to expanding digital financial inclusion, aligning with MMBL’s strategic objectives.

The app enables account holders to perform numerous transactions seamlessly, including transferring up to PKR 1,500,000 daily from any location and at any time. Users can monitor their savings with competitive market rates, apply for loans remotely, settle bills effortlessly, and recharge mobile phones in seconds. Notably, a female-centric interface is available to enhance the banking experience for women customers. Gold loan clients also benefit from streamlined renewal processes via the app. These features collectively contribute to more efficient and time-saving banking interactions.

Designed for 24/7 access, the DOST app provides real-time account information and includes several new features aimed at improving usability and security:

The app also integrates over a hundred biller options across utility providers, telecom companies, government entities—including the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)—airlines, ISPs, educational institutions, among others.

The platform ensures continuous customer support via instant WhatsApp chat, email, and contact numbers available directly from the homepage. This commitment aims to facilitate swift assistance whenever needed.
